I take this same approach when communicating with my leather craft clients and supplies customers alike. Positive relationsips of every kind are built on mutual respect.
As a leathercrafter I found it difficult to find everything that I needed for my craft. I've spent significatn time sourcing materials, tools and hardware. This was always for my own craft. I would regularly be asked where I got my supplies from by other crafters. I always intended to start a supplies shop but would never get round to it. Well, that changes for 2023.
